A talk in French by Prof. Hadj Miliani of the University of Mostaganem in Algeria, a leading authority on North African popular culture in the colonial and postcolonial periods.

Professor Berel Lang, Wesleyan University will deliver a public lecture "Primo Levi as Writer and Thinker" on Wednesday, November 19, at 5pm in WASHINGTON 201. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Colleges Against Cancer would like to host a casual gathering for cancer survivors and/or caregivers on campus!

Join us for a talk by Dr. Ana Celia Zentella, Professor Emeritus, University of California at San Diego, author of Growing up Bilingual: Puerto Rican children in New York and Building on Strength: Language and Literacy in Latino Families and Communities.

Recipients of the Louis E Catron Scholarship for Artistic Development will exhibit their final projects from November 18th to December 5th in the Andrews Gallery. A reception for the exhibit will be held November 20th from 5-7 pm.

Visit Swem Library for exhibits from the "From Fights To Rights" project commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War and the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Movement. Exhibits rotate at least twice each year.
