MACE (My Active Career Exploration) Series is getting ready to start again for the Spring 2020 semester!
Using art materials we will explore feelings and work on relaxation. No art experience is necessary; the focus will be on expressing ourselves. Participants will gain insight into their emotions, learn new coping skills, and process feelings with peers.
