Mr. Burton was only 16 years old when he was convicted and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison for the murder of his mother. He served 19 years before being released on parole, and carried the wrongful conviction around for 28 years before exoneration

At the Writing Resources Center, trained peer consultants offer individual assistance with writing, presentation, and other communication assignments across disciplines and at any stage, from generating ideas to polishing a final product.
Thirty-seven years ago as a Fulbright Scholar at Wuhan University, Clyde Haulman, Professor Emeritus/Adjunct Lecturer of Economics, had the opportunity to travel to Kashgar and Urumqi for an extended period with his wife Fredrika Teute.
