Tamura Lomax is an educator, writer, and co-founder/CEO of The Feminist Wire, an online publication committed to feminist, anti-racist, and anti-imperialist sociopolitical critique. She received her Ph.D. in religion from Vanderbilt University.

The Department of Government is pleased to announce that Janice Allen Jackson ?85 has been selected as the Fall 2018 Baxter-Ward Fellow. Ms. Jackson graduated from William & Mary with a self-designed major in public policy and urban studies.

Wright is Assistant Professor of Anthropology/Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at W&M. Her talk, ?Building an Oilrig," is based on ethnographic work she conducted in 2010 and 2011 at an oil rig construction site in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As part of Women's Weekend at W&M, small groups of alumnae and students will join in five service projects with local organizations from 10 am to 3 pm.

AMP is proud to present the long-awaited return of the Parr family in Incredibles 2 screening on September 21st and 22nd in the Commonwealth Auditorium. Showings will be held at 10:00pm on Friday, & 7:00pm and 9:30pm on Saturday with a ticket price of $3!
