[PAST EVENT] AMES & APIA Capstone Conference Keynote Lecture
Dr. Mehta will examine how Dalit activists build transnational networks in order to make claims for greater rights in India. Her work looks at the connections Dalit activists made with the Civil Rights Movement in the USA and with women?s rights groups in Korea.
