The Global Research Institute invites students, faculty, and staff to speak with Professor Anusha Chari of the University of North Carolina -- Chapel Hill and the current Senior Economist on the President’s Council of Economic Advisors. Professor Chari is an expert in macroeconomics, international finance, emerging markets, and the international policy impacts of protectionism. Professor Chari is also a Faculty Research Fellow in the National Bureau of Economic Research’s International Finance and Macroeconomics Program. A light lunch will be provided. A student and W&M faculty lunch will take place on Friday, October 25, from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm in The Hive Cafe, the ground floor of Swem Library. Please RSVP for head count.
