The 2022 Preview features federal court of appeals judges, Supreme Court advocates who have collectively argued more than 500 cases before the Court, and leading Court reporters and columnists from the nation's top newspapers. The Preview begins Friday, September 16, with a moot court and continues on Saturday, September 17, with panels during the day.
