Jason Torchinsky, partner at HoltzmanVogelJosefiak PLLC, will discuss the legal side of running a Presidential campaign, covering everything from the delegation selection process to campaign finance to preparing for a potential recount. If you are interested in advising a political campaign, this is the lecture to attend!

Jason Torchinsky was named as one of the top "50 Politicos to Watch" and a "Rising Star of Politics." Prior to joining HoltzmanVogelJosefiak, he was Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division at the DOJ and was Deputy General Counsel to Bush-Cheney '04. He was also Deputy General Counsel to the 2005 Presidential Inaugural Committee.
