[PAST EVENT] WMCI Presents: Chinese Cooking

Location
Baptist Campus Ministry House, 244 S. Boundary Street
Local community member Dr. Ed McMahon will guide students of all ages and skill levels through four exotic dishes. McMahon has earned a certificate from a Chinese Culinary school and has been cooking traditional Chinese cuisine for over 20 years.
Students will learn to make:
-- Beef with Oyster Sauce and Snowpeas
-- Moo Shu Pork
-- Szechuan Eggplant with Ground Pork
-- Sweet and Sour Shrimp
The Class will occur Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11pm-1, October 1st to 22nd. The price is $20 for W&M Students, Faculty, and Staff.
