The film is an unlikely ensemble of characters contrast with preconceived notions about who is at the forefront of a transition to clean energy. By telling personal, emotional stories that deal with the universal theme of hope for a better life, set against the urgent struggle to build a "green economy", Catching the Sun aims to inspire new audiences to engage in solutions to climate change and income inequality.
Where: Tucker Hall 127A
When: 5:00pm, September 30th
Who: Tribe Adventure Program, Committee on Sustainability, W&M Bike Alliance, W&M Student Environmental Action Committee, and Impact- a nationwide nonprofit working on environmental and social issues
You'll also have an opportunity to hear more about job opportunities with Impact. Impact is a nonprofit that runs action campaigns. We work in states where we can win positive change for our environment, our democracy and our future.
