On Thursday, September 21 at 6pm, the W&M Public Policy Program is pleased to present a lecture, discussion, and reception that is open to all. Featured speaker Prof. Robert Spitzer (Ph.D. Cornell, 1980) is Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the State University of New York, College at Cortland.
