Tuesday, November 16: Art Therapy + Extraordinary Cupcakes
Join Sarah Balascio, art therapist with W&M Health & Wellness, for an art-based activity designed to decrease stress, increase positive mood, and experience mindfulness. We'll also have mini-cupcakes in assorted flavors from Extraordinary Cupcakes!
