About this event
At this year’s conference, Leading the Charge: Restoring Trust, Innovation, and Healing in Learning Communities, participants will learn sustainable strategies which enable leaders at all levels to spur innovation, restore joyful engagement, and create effective learning environments for themselves and their communities.
In a climate characterized by cultural reckoning, public health crises, and unforeseen systemic change impacting institutions and practitioners indiscriminately, educators must learn to navigate an ever-changing, complex landscape. Working in uncertain conditions in K-12 schools and higher education institutions requires leadership at all levels. At W&M, we are committed to values-based leadership, translating theory to practice, and supporting educators to step into new leadership roles.
Visit the conference’s official website for additional information on our speakers, workshops, program outcomes and relevant registration details.
