Why is it so hard for us to love our bodies? Why are we so insecure about how we look when there are so many ?bigger? issues in the world? In this interactive presentation, HOPE members will discuss the obstacles that make us feel bad about our bodies - societal standards, unrealistic media expectations, and internal issues - and what we as William & Mary students can do to overcome them. HOPE aims to promote the idea of body love: that if we accept ourselves as we are, we can connect with others and change the world
