[PAST EVENT] POSTPONED: OGSR/GSA Supplemental Conference Travel Funding Application
Due to current restrictions and policy updates, we must suspend the current round of OGSR research and conference travel grants. Until further notice, we will not be reviewing applications already received and will not accept further applications.
The OGSR/GSA Conference Travel Funds are competitive awards for Arts & Sciences graduate students who will present at or attend a research conference in their field of study. These Conference Travel Grants are financed through the OGSR and administered by the GSA. The goal of these grants is to supplement other funding sources and help offset the expenses that graduate students accrue advancing their scholarship and knowledge. Since conference attendance is critical for the job market, these grants are intended to encourage graduate student presence at conferences.

N.B. - In order to receive your award - beginning with Fall 2019 for Conference Travel Grants, you must contact your department/program administrator immediately for instruction and guidance on the expenditure/reimbursement policy and procedure. Your administrator will guide you through Commonwealth and Institutional regulations. Please follow their instructions carefully. You will be required to submit original receipts for all expenses.
