This session is a deeper dive into content creation and audience specific writing. By exploring the differences between direct and indirect communication styles, participants learn:
· The importance of "tone" as it pertains to reader perception
· How to identify and avoid using questionable content
· Considerations related to the chain of command when sending emails
· Maintaining privacy and protecting proprietary information
