WHAT IF . . . .?  Adaptability and Resilience:  Flourishing in an Ever-Changing, Ambiguous, Unpredictable, Confusing, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World

No one would have imagined 2 months ago that our lives, our world, even William & Mary could have landed where things are today - sending students home; teaching, learning and working remotely; hoarding toilet paper; living 6 feet apart; wearing masks to buy groceries; and, not allowed to shake hands or high five! But, that is where we are and it remains unclear where all of this is headed. In the midst of this uncertainty and never-ending change, how have you responded? How will you continue to respond? How do you deal with change? This session will give us a chance to reflect on how we, as individuals, and William & Mary, as a community, can adapt and flourish during these "unprecedented" times in this mad, mad, mad, mad world.
