[PAST EVENT] National Institute on Aging Information Session
Are you interested in biomedical research?
NIA, one of the 27 Institutes and Centers of NIH, leads a broad scientific effort to understand the nature of aging and to extend the healthy, active years of life. NIA is the primary Federal agency supporting and conducting Alzheimer's disease research. NIA research has furthered our understanding of the nature of aging, supported the health and well being of older adults, and made progress towards extending the healthy, active years of life for more people.
Representatives will highlight undergraduate and post graduate research opportunities, the application process, and tips for standing out as an applicant.
This session is virtual. RSVP below for Zoom link.
