Josh Blackman is a Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law where he specializes in constitutional law and the United States Supreme Court. He has authored over five dozen law review articles and three books, including An Introduction to Constitutional Law: 100 Supreme Court Cases Everyone Should Know. His commentary frequently appears in sources such as the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Neal Devins currently serves as the Sandra Day O’Connor Professor of Law & Government at William & Mary Law School. Professor Devins is also a prolific author of law review articles and books, including The Company They Keep: How Partisan Divisions Came to the Supreme Court.
