The Federalist Society is excited to welcome Asheesh Agarwal for a discussion entitled Antitrust and the Internet. Please join us on Tuesday March 23 at 12:50 pm. Zoom link here. Mr. Agarwal currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for TechFreedom where he works on important antitrust issues related to technology and the Internet. Prior to joining TechFreedom, Mr. Agarwal held senior roles in the executive branch, including at the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. In the private sector, he has also litigated multiple cases in the federal appellate courts. He brings this vast experience to his discussion of recent lawsuits filed against Facebook and Google for antitrust violations. Mr. Agarwal will also address proposals that have been made by lawmakers on Capitol Hill related to Internet regulation. This promises to be an interesting and timely topic.
