Join the Criminal Law Society for a conversation with Ms. Theresa McHenry, the Chief of the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Human Rights & Special Prosecutions Section. McHenry has spent her entire career at DOJ. Before helping establish the HRSP Section, she led the Domestic Security Section and was a trial attorney in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section and an AUSA in D.C. In the mid-1990's, she was also detailed to the Office of the Prosecutor, United Nations War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
