The William & Mary Business Law Review will host its Third Annual Symposium on April 1, 2023, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at William & Mary Law School. The Symposium will focus on, “Regulating Finance in a Changing Administrative State.” Gurbir S. Grewal, Director of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Division of Enforcement, will deliver the keynote address. Three panels, following the keynote address, will discuss decentralized finance, crypto regulation and enforcement, and the major questions doctrine.
