Come see the highly acclaimed, multiple award winning film, Fruitvale Station. Produced by Forrest Whittaker and starring Michael B. Jordan, it raises sociopolitical awareness about the BART shooting event in 2009. After the film, W&M faculty and students will discuss issues of race and police brutality. The event is on October 16, from 5:30 to 9 pm in Small Hall 110. Food and refreshments will be provided.
