[PAST EVENT] Dunn Speaker Series Q&A with Judge Pam Harris
Pam Harris is a Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where she has served since 2014. Prior to that she worked in for the Department of Justice, Office of Legal Policy from 2010-2012. She also worked in private practice at O?Melveny and Myers LLP, beginning in 1999 as counsel, specializing in appellate and Supreme Court litigation. She became a partner at the firm in 2005. Throughout her career she argued over 100 appellate cases. Before entering private practice she clerked for Justice Stevens of the Supreme Court from 1992-93, and Judge Edwards of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals from 1990-91. She also taught at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1996-1998, Georgetown Law Center 2007-2010, and served as a lecturer at Harvard Law School from 2007-2009. She received her J.D. from Yale Law school, and her B.A. from Yale University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
