Professionals & Professional Faculty Assembly

The Professional & Professional Faculty Assembly (PPFA) is a 21-member elected governance group for all professionals and professional faculty (PPFs) at William & Mary and Virginia Institute of Marine Science. In its advisory capacity, the PPFA reviews W&M policies, budgets, institutional reports, process changes and any document impacting the PPF experience on campus. The organization provides feedback and makes recommendations to the administration on issues of concern.

Serving as an elected representative on the PPFA provides the opportunity to get involved at a university-wide level—connecting with departments and people with shared vision and different perspectives. You will serve as a leader for your department and the entire campus community. Beyond the opportunity to develop as a leader at William & Mary, PPFA provides new professional connections, opportunity for feedback on policies, and the change to serve the larger campus community.
