[PAST EVENT] Registration Open for Small Group Training: Bringing Sexy Back(packing)

Love the outdoors? Want to mix-up your usual workout? Backpacking Small Group Training incorporates weight training, plyometric, resistances training and cardio to give a full body workout designed to improve your ability and confidence when hiking. Get ready for the 8-day spring break Appalachian backpacking trip with Jay and Kaitlin and go on optional day hikes with Tribe Adventure Program (TAP) trip leaders. This class is paired with TAP so you'll get 20% off any one of the three backpacking trips planned for the Spring Semester by just taking this class.
