Now that you've returned from studying abroad, let us know more about your experience! The Reves Center for International Studies invites you to submit up to four of your best photos for our annual Study Abroad Photo Contest. Take this chance to demonstrate your skill with a camera, and help us showcase the value of studying abroad. Please see below for details regarding photo categories, rules and regulations, and contest prizes!

Photos will be displayed during International Education Week, November 12-16, 2012. Additionally, photos may be selected for future print publication and/or web use--students will receive photo credit if the Reves Center uses their images in print or digital publications.

Photo Categories

1) On Location: Includes photos of cityscapes, street scenes, landscapes and nature, or architecture--anything that gives a sense of place.

2) Cultural Celebrations: Photos that capture the spirit of your host country, including interactions with the local population, traditions, festivals, etc.

3) Tribe in Action: W&M Student(s) out and about in the world! Photos could be of you and your friends doing research, fieldwork, learning in the classroom, or activities with your host family.

4) Potpourri: A grab bag of random but interesting shots that do not fit in the previous categories.
