William & Mary Dining Services is proud to present the Annual Farm-to-Fork Dinner in a new location. We will be partnering with Local Farmers to provide you with fresh local foods. Enjoy a family-style dinner with us and live music. Our chefs have created a delicious menu for this event. Menu includes Virginia Apple Cider Braised Pork with Apples and Mustard with Local Collard Greens on a Bed of Stone Ground Creamy Polenta, Buttermilk Ranch Roasted Chicken with Quinoa Cranberry Stuffing, Sweet Virginia Bourbon Glazed Catfish topped with Succotash and KelRae Farm Roasted Fingerling Sweet Potatoes.
