The Chefs' Seafood Symposium is an annual educational program for culinary professionals, culinary students, and representatives from the seafood industry and related businesses.
Seafood enthusiasts are invited to join the VIMS Marine Advisory Program online for the 2022 Chefs' Seafood Symposium. Scientists provide the culinary community with the latest information on seafood science and fisheries issues. Participants receive information and resources to help make more informed seafood choices! Topics featured include: Virginia oyster varieties, sea scallops, striped bass, summer flounder and COVID-19 in food.
