The American Civil Liberties Union is a venerable non-profit organization whose stated mission is to "to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States". The venerable organization enjoyed a surge in popularity and donations after the election of Donald Trump, promising to "see him in court" if he does any of his unconstitutional campaign promises. The ACLU filed a lawsuit in regard to President Trump signing an executive order barring refugees from the United States from certain Muslim-majority countries".

Join us in an open discussion of the rights of college students and learning more about what our individual rights and liberties are in he Commonwealth Auditorium on September 27, 7 PM. It is a free event!
