Distinguished discussants:
Dr. Adam Summers uses technologies such as CT scanning to visualize the morphologies of marine animals. He has experience working with animators as scientific advisor for Pixar's Finding Nemo and Finding Dory.
Yvette Kaiser-Smith is an artist who uses mathematical values such as pi and e, as well as Pascal's triangle arrays, to inform her magnificent installations.
Dr. David Goodsell's scientific illustrations have served as inspiration for scientific illustrators worldwide and were recently featured on the cover of Nature. He is a professor of molecular and computational biology at Scripps.
