Workplace conflict is inevitable. A negative outcome is not.
Managing conflict well can mean the difference between a destructive outcome or a constructive outcome. There are good and the bad behaviors aligned with conflict. Acknowledging and recognizing them as such is the first step to creating a strategic conflict management response.
This webinar is intended for individuals and managers who seek to find and maximize their behavioral responses to conflict and better manage the responses of others.
Tatia Granger, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.
Prior to joining the business school, Dr. Granger served as William & Mary?s Ombuds. Dr. Granger brings extensive experience in higher education including serving as Vice President for Enrollment Services at Bennett College for Women, Chief of Staff for the Vice President for Financial Services at Duke University, Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Virginia, and Director for the Center for Multicultural Student Services at James Madison University. Dr. Granger earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia.
