We are excited to announce that all William & Mary juniors and seniors are invited to apply to job and internship opportunities available through the annual Fall Recruiting Consortium (FRC) interview day in New York City on October 26, 2018. This one-day only event is available exclusively to juniors and seniors attending Bard College, Brown University, Connecticut College, Swarthmore College, Union College and William & Mary. FRC is an interview day that takes place in Manhattan for students who apply and are selected to interview for jobs or internships through the FRC portal. All students must apply through the FRC website to be considered. The application deadline for all opportunities is SEPTEMBER 30, 2018 at midnight. Students should apply to all positions that are of interest to them and may be selected for one or multiple interviews. The interviews will be held in NYC at the AMA Executive Conference Center in Times Square.

Steps to Apply:

    Go to the FRC Website: https://myinterfase.com/frc/student
    For juniors: In the username section, type in your full WM student email (including the @email.wm.edu). Your password is FRC2018. We suggest you change the password after your first login.
    For seniors: In the username section, type in your full WM student email (including the @email.wm.edu). Then hit the ?forgot your password? button under the password box. The system will then send an email with a link to login and change your password.
    You can upload resumes and cover letters to the system under the ?My Account? tab and selecting ?My Documents?
    You can then search all jobs available under the ?Apply for Jobs & Internships? tab
    When you find a job you want to apply for, click on it and then at the top of the screen click on the button titled ?View Linked Interview Schedule?
    You will then find the button ?Apply for this position?
    You can then select the documents you want to use for this position then hit the green ?apply for this position button? to submit
    Please note that you cannot apply to multiple postings from the same company, so if you want to be considered for multiple positions with the same company you will need to indicate that by writing it in your cover letter
    You will hear back about any interviews you have been selected for in October (you must be selected to interview by the employer in order to attend the event)

If you are selected for an interview, you will need to travel to NYC to interview in-person during the FRC Interview Day on Friday, October 26 (please note, this is a one day only event, so you need to be available on this date to participate). You must make your own arrangements for transportation and lodging to New York. However, if you cannot afford to travel, you may apply for Cohen Travel Funds to help support your costs if you have selected for an interview. You can find more information about the Cohen Career Center Travel Fund here.

Please note ? you are only eligible to apply for travel funding if you have been selected for an interview, so please wait until you know if you have been selected before applying.
