Case-Workshop

The event structure is as follows:

  • Depending on the number of students, they will be divided into groups of 4-5.

    Each group will be handed in one case to work on. 
    Two cases will be provided to the students.
  • Types of cases: market-sizing, pricing, mergers & acquisitions, entering a new market.
  • Two EPs will be present, one for each case. The EPs will assist the groups with the method, structure, and the thought-process through the case 
  • Each EP will have the additional information for his/her case which they would reveal when asked for by the groups.
  • EPs will identify if the questions put up by the groups are in the scope/out of the scope of the case and accordingly answer the questions
  • Each EP will then review the individual cases in front of all the groups and disclose which group was closest to solving the case right
