This semester step up your fitness with the Rec Sports Pedometer Program: "Walk Your Way to Fitness."

This eight week program will help you make walking for fitness another daily habit. Sign up online, then pick up your pedometer at the Rec Center and start walking!

Prizes will be given along the way to participants who reach certain "stepping stones." At the end of the program, participants who reach 400,000 steps or more will be invited to the program reception, where they have the chance to win even bigger prizes!

Online registration opens one week prior to the start of the program (February 7th).
