In a nod to former Brigham-Kanner Prize Winner, Prof. James Ely, practitioners will discuss the place of property rights in protecting Constitutionally granted liberties, perhaps including the present day applications of historical perspectives. Lawyers may be asked to discuss a memorable case from their practice in which they believe such freedom was particularly threatened.
