Dr. Tschannen-Moran's research focuses on the social psychology of schools, particularly trust relationships, individual and collective efficacy beliefs, collaborative processes and school climate. In this talk, she'll present recent work related to the Vibrant School Scale, which she developed in collaboration with a team of doctoral students to measure the dynamics of enlivened minds, emboldened voice, and playful learning in schools.
