[PAST EVENT] W&M Richmond Belle Isle Hike

Experience the scenic James River and Belle Isle with fellow alumni! Hike across the pedestrian suspension bridge under Lee Bridge and around the island on fairly easy gravel and dirt trails (with some tree roots and rocks) for ~2.5 miles. 

Park at the Belle Isle parking lot at the corner of Brown's Island Way and Tredegar Street (with additional parking available along 2nd Street), then meet at the bottom of the stairs to the suspension bridge at 10 AM. Light snacks and a water bottle will be provided at no charge. 

After the hike, anyone interested can drive over to Legend Brewing Co. for lunch (pay as you go) and another view of the James River.
