[PAST EVENT] A Cappella Sing-Off

Williamsburg's first annual A Cappella Sing-Off will take place under the twinkling lights of Busch Gardens' Christmas Town on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. Ten of Virginia's top a cappella groups will compete for cash prizes. Groups include W&M's own Gentlemen of the College and One Accord. Professional a cappella recording artists, rockapella, will serve as the celebrity judges, and WHRV's Cathy Lewis will host the event. Audience members will have the opportunity to vote for Fan Favorite, with the winning group receiving a cash prize.
Proceeds from A Cappella Sing-Off will benefit two local nonprofits: Literacy for Life and the Williamsburg Choral Guild. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online at {{http://www.acappellasingoff.org, A Cappella Sing-Off}}. (A separate Busch Gardens admission ticket is not required.) A Cappella Sing-Off is presented by SunTrust.
