Colleagues from VIMS, Arts & Sciences and the Mason School of Business and School of Education will speak candidly about the procedures, protocols, paperwork, politics and other challenges related to the tenure and promotion processes. The workshop will begin with a general discussion followed by separate panel discussions for tenure and promotion.

A reception will conclude the workshop.
