Full Description
Meditative yoga includes a weekly intention, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises. Each class will begin with the ancient art of yoga, a great way to strengthen and stretch mentally and physically. After a brief asana session, the class will continue with guided meditation and finally individual practice.
