[PAST EVENT] Law School Application Workshop
January 23, 2014
5:30pm - 7pm
As you are beginning the law school application process or if you are planning on attending law school at some point after graduation, please attend one of the application workshops, held once a semester. The workshop for the spring 2014 semester will be held on Thursday, January 23, from 5:30-7pm in Washington Hall 301. If you miss the workshop this semester, check back on the pre-law website (and register for the pre-law listserv) for upcoming information on the fall 2014 workshop.
These workshops are designed for students actively involved in the application process. I suggest that juniors who are interested in applying to law school attend the January workshop during their junior year, or one that will be held in the fall semester of the senior year (typically held in early September). If seniors have not attended one of the workshops prior to the fall of the senior year, they should attend the September workshop. As the workshop is aimed at students actively involved in the application process, it is not recommended for first- or second-year students, or even the fall semester of the third year. Please also subscribe to the pre-law advising listserv so that I can email information about this and other law-related events on campus.
If you are an incoming freshman or transfer student, I encourage you to attend one of the pre-law sessions held during orientation.
