[PAST EVENT] Orchesis Modern Dance Company Auditions
September 1, 2023
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Open to all students at W&M, come audition to join Orchesis Modern Dance Company. We are a joint student and faculty run campus organization, and perform twice a year on the W&M Mainstage. Our auditions consist of several technical combinations, one longer phrase, and an original 1-minute solo for each auditionee. Technique combinations and the longer phrase will be taught on Thursday, September 31st, at 6:15. Please prepare your own 1-minute solo to show off your personality and style. If you would prefer to improv, feel free to bring your own music, or we will have a small selection of music you're welcome to pick from.
