Understanding personality preferences and their impact on belonging

Working efficiently and effectively with different personality types is not only crucial to creating and sustaining a strong team and healthy work environment but also helps in promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. This session will discuss personality type preferences (such as Myers-Briggs or DISC assessments) to help participants understand different personality preferences and appreciate the value these differences bring successful and inclusive teams. This session will also discuss the influence that culture/cultural identity has on shaping one’s preferences. Led by Issa DiSciullo
