This group is sponsored by The Haven.  We will learn physical self-defense techniques as well as take time to process what we have learned.  Please wear close-toed shoes and comfortable clothing.  The group will take place for 60-90 minutes on Wednesdays at 2 pm January 24 - March 6.  Group is free but registration is preferred.
