VIMS is joining the City of Virginia Beach in their annual month-long celebration of coastal wildlife and nature - including a variety of activities, excursions, tours, photo contest, birding challenge, and more.

VIMS will be present as an exhibitor at the Princess Anne Recreation Center on Saturday, January 27; along with a variety of other organizations and institutes who focus on the health and understanding of our local winter wildlife. VIMS' exhibit will focus on our blue crab winter dredge survey as well as other important animal monitoring programs occurring at VIMS.
