Liz Ramirez's life flipped upside down in 1997, when she was wrongfully convicted of an aggravated assault of a child. She served over 16 years in prison, and an additional 3 years out of prison before she was exonerated of the crime in 2016. 

Join us on Sunday, February 18 in in ISC 1221 to hear Ms. Ramirez's story about her wrongful conviction. Ms. Ramirez will be on zoom while we are in person (if you would like a zoom option, please reach out to us directly through our email or instagram). Additionally, please brainstorm some questions to ask Ms. Ramirez during the allocated Q&A portion of the event.
