Slingshot makes its long awaited return this Spring semester! Spanning over the course of 3 days, Slingshot is your chance to turn an idea into a functioning prototype alongside other innovators and entrepreneurs. Didn’t have your idea chosen? Join one of the 5 chosen ventures to form a team, and collaborate to create the best final pitch! Not only will you have access to our incredible mentors, there will also be exclusive networking events and the opportunity to conduct costumer interviews within the community. Day 1 - Friday: Kickoff and Initial Pitches

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Registration/Check-in & Meet and Greet

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Welcome and Slingshot Overview

5:30 PM - 5:45 PM: Transition to Pitch Breakouts

5:45 PM - 6:45 PM: Open Call to Pitches (30-40 pitches estimated) (BREAK @7pm)

6:45 PM - 7:45 PM: Dinner and Networking

Scoring Period with Mentors/Judges (Quick Evaluation)

7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Selection of Top 5 Ideas for Further Exploration

Unselected pitchers join Top 5 in teams

Day 2 - Saturday: Exploration and Prototyping

9:00 AM - 10:00 PM: Designing Customer Interviews

10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Customer Interviews in the Community

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Mentor Pairing & Feedback, Rapid Prototyping

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: BREAK

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Dinner & Networking

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: How to Pitch Workshop

7:00 PM +: Execution

Day 3 - Sunday: Final Pitches and Celebration

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Pitch to Mentors/Mentor Feedback, Finalize Presentations

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Brunch

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Final Pitches and Guest Judge Voting
