Laughing Yoga Lunch and Learn

Join us to explore the world of Laughter Yoga! This is a unique practice that combines intentional laughter with yogic breathing to enhance well-being. In this virtual workshop, you will learn about the origins and benefits of Laughter Yoga, experience simple exercises to boost your mood, and discover how incorporating laughter into your daily routine can reduce stress and improve overall health. No prior yoga experience is needed; just bring your curiosity and a willingness to laugh.
