Erin will share her journey as a business owner (scaling her pet photography studio to $1.5M in revenue, expanding to two locations, and aiming for franchising) only to face unexpected challenges that forced her to shut it all down. Her talk, Scaling Too Fast, Falling Even Faster: The Lessons I Never Saw Coming, will dive into the realities of risk-taking in entrepreneurship, the financial blind spots that often go unnoticed, and the mindset shifts that come from having to rebuild from the ground up.
